Falls Awareness Event

The event took place on the 24th September at the Southbury Leisure Centre, Enfield.

Our CEO, Diana Hodgins, was invited to give a talk about GaitSmart and how it can help reduce risk of falls.

Prevention is key and providing individuals with information on their specific gait deficiencies and a set of exercises to help address them using GaitSmart we know works. It also reduces the burden on NHS England and keeps people independent for longer.
