Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS (NHS GGC) Falls Prevention Service and GaitSmart officially began their partnership this week to provide objective gait assessments and personalised exercise plans to Falls Exercise class patients. GaitSmart were invited to attend two health and wellbeing days that had been organised for NELFT employees. We had two GaitSmart therapists available in the open area at the NELFT Head Office at the CEME Conference Centre. Employees were encouraged to visit the GaitSmart stand and to have their gait tested. As a result they would also receive a personalised exercise plan to address any issues or to fine tune any movement anomalies identified during the GaitSmart test. Almost

Welcome to the second edition of the APPROACH newsletter! We wrote to you six months ago, when the APPROACH clinical study had just kicked off .
