Wanda was formerly a Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank where she led a global team in the Corporate Finance Department concentrating on public offerings of companies in all industry sectors. Wanda now works with early stage companies to develop and guide overall strategy. She is a member of the advisory board of InFrontier, a UK based fund focusing on post-conflict zones, and Conservation Strategy Fund, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on environmental economics. Wanda holds an A.B. cum laude from Harvard University and a J.D. from Columbia University.

Barry Cumberlidge

Barry was part of the management team that sold Media inMotion, an inflight retail and advertising platform to the Lufthansa Group in Germany. He has been active in the start-up community founding Moose, an accountancy practice focused on the start-up and creative businesses in London, Birmingham & Manchester. In previous roles within Blue Chip organisations he was part of a M&A team selling Talkmobile to Vodafone UK. Barry holds a BA (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Denis Hodgins

Denis has years of experience in manufacturing, quality control and regulatory procedures in the defence and commercial sectors. Over the last 10 years he has been responsible for the IT systems within ETB and the design, manufacture and quality control of the GaitSmart system. Denis obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.

Dr. Diana Hodgins MBE

Diana holds 30 patents on solid state sensors and medical applications relating to the use of those sensors and has more than 50 publications to her name. In 2002 she won the Women Inventor of the Year Award for Industry. Diana obtained her degree in Mechanical Engineering and her PhD in solid state gyroscopes from the University of Hertfordshire.

Mark Tousey

Mark runs his own venture capital business, Blenheim Capital LLP, and has extensive experience in working with start-up and early stage companies including in the tech sector. Mark holds a BSBA magna cum laude from Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Greg Brown

Greg has extensive manufacturing, global business development, global sales and marketing, regulatory, reimbursement, clinical trials and IP experience in the healthcare sector, including in areas of companion diagnostics and therapeutics, IVDs and medical devices. Greg is currently the Executive Chairman of StraxCorp Pty.Ltd. and formerly served as Interim CEO of Immunexpress Pty.Ltd., CEO of ImpediMed Limited, and VP of Digene Corporation. Greg’s earlier experience was with Roche Diagnostics and Pacific Diagnostics. Greg holds a BSc from Queensland University Australia and an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Robert McGregor Lilley

Rob has had a long career in Healthcare/Biotech where he served as Sr. Vice President for Global Sales & Marketing for Digene, Inc. He currently serves as Chairman of Immunexpress, Inc. and is Chief Commercial Officer of OpGen, Inc. Rob also chairs The Global Footprint Network, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on the measurement of environmental impacts. He has had a lifelong interest in environmental matters and is a Member of Terra Global Capital, LLC. Rob received a BA from Yale University.
